Draft for lawyer review

This page is an interim draft that a lawyer has not reviewed yet. It describes how M3U.Click works today and may change after the review. Questions: support@tibrcode.com.

⚖️ marks a point our lawyer still has to confirm. Text in square brackets starting with PENDING is information we are still adding.

A tool, not a content provider

M3U.Click helps you edit playlists. It does not provide, host, stream, record or cache any audio or video, and it does not tell you where to find content. The sources in your playlists are chosen by you, and you are responsible for having the right to use them (see our Terms of Use).

We cannot see your playlists, so we do not check, approve or endorse anything in them.

Our pages, guides and, once it launches, our library link to websites, feeds and streams run by other people. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site, its owner or what it offers. Their own terms and policies apply.

Library entries will point to sources that their publishers make available to the public. Publishers can change or stop a stream or feed at any time, so an entry may stop working or change. If you notice a problem, please tell us.

When the editor checks a link or previews an entry, the result describes what your browser could find out at that moment. Browsers often cannot read the answer from another website, and they block many http:// addresses on secure pages. That is why the editor uses careful labels such as “reachable” or “blocked by the browser”. A result is an indication, not a promise that a stream works or will keep working. Our guide Why some links can’t be checked in the browser explains the reasons.

Guides are general information

Our guides explain how M3U playlists and common players work. They are general information, not professional or legal advice. Other software changes between versions, so menus and features may differ from what we describe. Each guide lists the official sources we checked and the date we last updated it.

No affiliation

M3U.Click is an independent product of Tibrcode Software Development. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the developers of the players and media servers mentioned on this site, such as VLC, Kodi, Jellyfin, Plex or Emby, or by any broadcaster, station or podcast publisher. Their names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

“M3U” and “M3U8” are names of playlist file formats. They are not owned by us.
